Today I’m back with another stamping plate review! It’s a brand you are probably familiar with if you read my blog regularly, I’m talking about Hēhē Plate from China! Designer and owner of the brand, Haiyan, and her staff member SiQi sent me the gorgeous new Fairytale collection to show you. Let’s take a look!
The new Fairytale collection is part of the Plus line, the plates are large in size similar to MoYou London plates. They have whimsical themes and there are currently five plates in total in the collection. The plate themselves have a white plastic backing and come in pretty paper sleeves. On the back of the plate you can see the Hēhē Plus logo printed. There are a lot of fake plates of this brand available online, so if you have the paper sleeves and printed logo on the back, you can be sure you have the genuine high quality products! While the fake plates do work, the genuine ones have much better etching and you’re supporting the actual designer instead of the thieves.
Hēhē Plus – Fairytale 001
First up is my look with the Hēhē Plus Fairytale 001 plate. This plate has gorgeous lace designs, trims and a horse and carriage. I used the lace design on the far right of the plate for this delicate look.
I started with Cirque Colors Deco as my base then stamped over it using Hit The Bottle To Have And To Gold. Finished with a glossy top coat. Very simple but so effective! Placement was a bit tricky but it’s okay if it’s not 100%.
Hēhē Plus – Fairytale 002
Next up is my look with the Hēhē Plus Fairytale 002 plate. This plate has gorgeous intricate designs, lace and geometric. I used the geometric design which was just wide enough to fit onto my nail.
I used Moo Moo’s Signatures Snow Bunny as my base and stamped over it using Mundo de Unas White. Finished with a glossy top coat. I love the shimmer peeping through!
Hēhē Plus – Fairytale 003
Next I have this Winter design using the Hēhē Plus Fairytale 003 plate. This plate features mainly snowflakes and some geometric designs. The snowflakes come in tons of different sizes so you can definitely find some that will fit nicely onto our nail.
I started with Potion Polish Snow Day as my base then stamped with Mundo de Unas in Turquoise. I finished the look with two blue studs from Born Pretty Store and added top coat. Love these!
Hēhē Plus – Fairytale 004
Next up is my design using the Hēhē Plus Fairytale 004 plate. This plate has some unique and large designs that are very suitable for longer nails. I used the pretty baroque/damask print in the middle of the plate.
I started with Cirque Colors McKettrick as my base and stamped over it using Colour Alike b. A Golden Queen stamping polish. On my ring finger I added a gold square stud from Born Pretty Store and finished with a nice layer of glossy top coat. Very striking!
Hēhē Plus – Fairytale 005
Finally this is my look using the Hēhē Plus Fairytale 005 plate! This is my favourite plate out of the collection since it offers some really unique and fun designs. I used the design on the bottom right of the plate for this mani.
I started with Cirque Colors Carpe Diem as my base then stamped over it using Girly Bits Blue Christmas, Dance Legend Olga, China Glaze Re-Freshmint and China Glaze Def Defying. I finished with matte top coat. Love how these turned out, reminds me of watercolours.
You can purchase the new Hēhē Plus Fairytale collection from the official website. Individual plates are $6 a piece and the whole set is $29. I absolutely love these plates and would highly recommend them!
Please keep in mind there are counterfeit and fake Hēhē Plates available online so be sure to purchase from Hēhē directly so you are certain of high quality products! More info here on how to determine if yours are genuine.
