Today I have a nail art manicure to share with you. I did these a few weeks ago but only got around to posting them today. I’ve been wanting to include a black and white glitter polish in a nail art manicure for a while and I finally got some inspiration. Let’s take a look!
I started by painting all nails except for my ring finger and thumb with piCture pOlish Sky. It’s the perfect baby blue, I love using it for nail art! On my middle finger I added a coat of Sonoma Nail Art My Three Glitters. A gorgeous black and white glitter with bar glitters, diamonds, hexies and squares.
Then on my ring finger and thumb I painted on a coat of white, using CND Vinylux Cream Puff. I then freehanded a geometric design using ORLY Instant Artist striper in black. You can find a tutorial for this design over at Lucy’s Stash! On my pointer and pinkie I added two large black rhinestones from Born Pretty Store.
I don’t show my right hand on here often (or at all?!) but this design came out so well on both hands. So I asked the boyfriend to snap a picture for me! As my nails are a little shorter on my right hand I only added one black rhinestone rather than two. I’m so proud that the freehand geometric design came out well! I usually do a simplified version on my dominant hand so I was definitely pleased with the outcome.
Hope you like it! Do you usually paint nail art designs on both hands? Let me know in the comments!
