Today I’m sharing a new-to-the-blog brand, Bundle Monster! I was over the moon when I got contacted by them because I’ve been dying to try their plates for a long time. They kindly sent me their new Around The World collection to try out so I prepared some manicures with them for you. Let’s take a look!
The Around The World collection features 5 XL plates, they are the size of MoYou plates. Each plate is inspired by a country, China, France, Egypt, India and Japan. They also included two of their scrapers to try, one of the 1mm scrapers and one of the 0.5mm scrapers. The 1mm scraper is thick like a credit card and the 0.5mm is more flexible like the scraper you get with Creative Shop stampers. I love the flexible one best but both work great and come with cute designs. You can purchase these per set of 6 in either 0.5mm size or 1mm.
The first plate I prepared a manicure with is BM-XL152 which is the Egypt plate. There’s four full nail designs you can use and several single designs. I tend to favour the full nail designs but there’s lots of beautiful things on this plate.
I started with Moo Moo’s Signatures Moo Spell as a base and stamped on my ring finger using Mundo De Unas Pastel Blue. I added some Born Pretty Store pastel blue studs to echo the blue stamping. I finished the look with Super Chic Lacquer Marvel top coat.
The next image I used is BM-XL154 which is inspired by India. There’s one large full nail design in the middle. The other designs were a bit small for me to cover my entire nail with which was a shame though the plate is gorgeous nonetheless.
I started with Cirque Colors Carpe Diem as a base and stamped over it using two brand new stamping polishes that I’ll be sharing more details about soon. I finished with Super Chic Lacquer Marvel top coat. Gradient stamping is one of my favourite techniques because I hate doing sponge gradients. It’s an effortless way to achieve a similar effect. The image I used has inverted colours too so it almost looks like I stamped with white but I didn’t!
The final plate I’ve used is my favourite from the collection, BM-XL155 inspired by Japan. It comes with 7 designs I could use to cover my entire nail which is awesome. If you recall, I used the floral design in the middle at the far right yesterday. I’m also excited to use the large roses, such a pretty design, but it’ll come as no surprise when you see what image I ended up going with for my look today!
I started with Colors By Llarowe Rest In Pieces (swatch coming soon) and stamped over it with Mundo De Unas Papyrus. Of course I had to use the Asa No Ha pattern! It’s so pretty. I finished with Super Chic Lacquer Marvel top coat. The design ended up covering a lot of my base colour but I still enjoyed the effect.
You can purchase Bundle Monster via their official website. The Around The World set costs $19.99 for five plates which comes down to $3.99 a plate which is a really great price. The scraper sets are $4.99 per set of six scrapers.
