Lavender Baroque Nails

Today I decided to feature one of the China Glaze Crinkled Chrome polishes as an accent nail in a nail art manicure. I mentioned in my swatch post last week that I had a feeling they would work really well as accent nails and I was right! I picked out a gorgeous lavender shade and chose the purple Crinkled Chrome to accompany it. Let’s take a look!
As a base I used China Glaze Tart-Y For The Party which is one of my favourite purple polishes and as an accent nail I used China Glaze Crush, Crush, Baby. On my middle finger I added some gold baroque stickers from Born Pretty Store. I think these are technically stickers used for decorating cards but they look gorgeous on nails too! Sadly the corners do lift a bit so make sure to use tweezers to apply these and stick them down with some top coat. I used two separate stickers and cut up a third one to fill in the gaps.
On my other two nails I used the textured studs again (I’m obsessed!) and some small 1.2mm gold studs, though they somehow look silver next to the vibrant gold textured studs. I wasn’t really sure what design to paint on my pointer and pinkie at first, I probably did about three designs before settling for the studs… When in doubt, add studs! They always seem to make things look better.
I hope you like this look! Let me know in the comments what you think!
