OPI So So Skullicious

How freakin’ gorgeous is this packaging? It’s the OPI So So Skullicious set for this Halloween season! I received it from the amazing Katt Claws. A while back I entered her contest and this was one of the prizes she sent me! Thanks so much Katt! I hugely admire her work so it was a true honour that she chose my entry. You can find a little banner in my sidebar that directs you to her etsy store where she sells (custom) nail art water decals and nail sets! Make sure to take a look!

The polishes inside this set are 4 mini polishes which are called (f.l.t.r.): Hi, Pumpkin! – A-Rose from the Dead – Mourning Glory – Candlelight. Seriously I think out of all the polish brands OPI has the coolest names. :)

The OPI set also comes with this sheet of 10 water decals. How awesome are these? I love the sugar skulls!

I decided to use all four shades and some of the decals to create a super fun bright nail look. I really love how it turned out! This was the first time using water decals and let me tell you, they are awesome! So easy to use, so quick and hassle-free. I am definitely a water decal convert!

You start by cutting around the design, dunking the decal in some lukewarm water for a few seconds, then grab your tweezers and place the decal on your nail. Lay it into place, grab a tissue or some wipes and pat away the excess water, top coat and FINISHED! So easy!

Have you ever tried water decals? Let me know in the comments below!
