Harry Potter Nails!

With all the pottermore excitement I thought today would be a perfect day to show you my Harry Potter nails! I’ve been a big fan ever since I was little, Harry Potter has enriched my life in many ways and was there for me when I felt at my worst. I have a lot to thank JK Rowling for and I know many others do as well. I will be forever grateful for what she gave us and I’m sure many generations to come will too.
These were requested by a few of you so I hope you like my interpretation. There’s been a few very impressive designs already, mostly house-related and I really couldn’t top those so I made something entirely different.
So from thumb to pinky: Lightning bolt, Deathly Hallows sign, Harry Potter logo, Slytherin house uniform, Dark Mark. Polishes used: China Glaze Snow, NYC City Blackout, China Glaze Sunset Sail, Essence Back To Paradise and China Glaze Cheers To You.
As you can tell, I am a Slytherin! 
I wanted to make these a bit darker so I included the dark mark, a visual that has intrigued me from the start. If I wasn’t so scared of tattoos or if they wouldn’t be permanent I think I would actually get one of those on my arm. Oh well! I’m quite pleased with my design though it is a bit different. The Harry Potter logo was a pain to do but I am really proud of it.

I love these, I'm a Ravenclaw-Slytherin split myself though I've always considered myself slightly more Ravenclaw.
How about A Hunger Games themed one? Ooh, or Shrek!

@Tessa, Thank you! I've never heard of hunger games, should I be ashamed now?
I too have always felt like a Ravenclaw-Slytherin split though more leaning towards Slytherin.

Yes, you should be ashamed now, Look them up, they're written by Suzanne Collins, bought the trilogy a few weeks back and read them one after another in about 5 days. So good!

Ohhh just you wait, I'm extremely proud of the Star Trek ones, it took me a while to figure out what to do with them but I got there in the end, and then some! Though my favourite geeky/fandom nails will always be Doctor Who I think.
